As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Adam:

Adam Braddock brings a varied background and range of experience to real estate, from serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central Asia, to 10+ years as a nurse at Seattle Children's pediatric ICU and Providence Hospital's emergency department in Everett. Now, he’s based out of John L. Scott’s Mukilteo office and appreciates the opportunity within real estate to wow his clients and make their transition as stress-free as possible.

Adam’s background makes him uniquely equipped to handle anything his clients may face in real estate. When buying or selling a home, the process can be stressful, and unpredictable. You want somebody with you who has the habit of anticipating potential challenges, limits complication by being prepared, and who remains composed and performs accurately whatever may come your way.

During his time as a real estate broker, Adam has proven to be skilled in negotiation and creative in developing marketing strategies needed to get your home sold. He strives to connect with his clients to establish lasting relationships, address their needs and help individuals achieve their real estate goals. He often helps clients with residential resale, investment and second homes and land sales. His experience runs the gamut, from small cabins in the mountains to large luxury homes!

Outside of work, Adam values quality time spent with his wife and children, including traveling, playing cards and dancing. He is an avid runner and skier and soon-to-be private pilot. Adam particularly enjoys trail running, though he has also run the Boston Marathon multiple times. He feels lucky to call the Pacific Northwest home and looks for any opportunity to connect with the outdoors and others in his local

Mukilteo is a hidden gem. Just about 25 miles north of Seattle. Legend has it that the name of the town itself comes from a Native American word meaning "good camping ground." Those of us fortunate enough to call Mukilteo home couldn't agree more. Although our residences are considerably more sophisticated than tents these days. We have gorgeous views of Puget Sound from just about everywhere in town as well as views of the Cascade Olympic Mountains. Ferries regularly take residents and visitors across the sound Whidbey Island and beyond to the breathtaking San Juan Islands. Those of us who like to get outdoors--and, really, that's what most of us--love the 20 miles of trails in Japanese Gulch, an 800 acre park that's also home to a large dog park and mountain biking. Every summer, Lighthouse Park hosts a three-day celebration called the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. The festival attracts thousands for the food, art, entertainment, and, at nighttime, fireworks. Because of the beautiful location and the views that surround us and the small town charmed them remains here, Mukilteo has been called one of the best places in America several times. If you'd like to learn more about Mukilteo, let us know. We'd love to show you around and help you find your perfect.

Everett was once a lumber town, and it is maybe best known as the place where Boeing builds some of its most popular airplanes, but the city is so much more than that. We’re also home to some of the prettiest views of Puget Sound and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Everett’s economy is strong. In addition to Boeing—fun fact: the airplane assembly facility is the largest building in the world by volume—we’re also home to Naval Station Everett, the west coasts’ largest marina, and the Xfinity events center, a conference and convention center that hosts events that used to be held at Key Arena in Seattle. But everett’s cultural scene is healthy as well. Our theaters and performing arts centers thrive, and our downtown library is a beacon to book lovers from throughout the community. If outdoor recreation is more your speed, our parks and marinas provide opportunities for boating, hiking, birdwatching, and walking through splendid gardens and arboretums. Education is important to Everett residents. Our schools boasts a 94% graduation rate. And we have several higher learning opportunities through community colleges and satellite campuses for both Washington State University and Western Washington University. Homes in Everett range from midcentury and classics to new construction. Many homes have a view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. If you’d like to learn more about Everett, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

“My wife and I hired Adam to help us sell our Everett home and pursue our dream of lakefront living. This process involved targeting a single home on the market and preparing our own home for sale in a very short time frame. Adam helped us every step of the way, from putting us in touch with contractors to perform repairs necessary to list our home, to negotiating great prices for inspections on the home we were attempting to buy. Throughout the process, Adam was quick to reply to all questions and never left us hanging. Additionally, he helped us with the complexities of buying property from an LLC, staging our home, and ultimately secured a great price for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone! Thanks again so much!!” – John Johansen

“Adam and his team have done a great job in both helping us through our house purchase, but even more impressively in our house listing. It's been a while since we've sold a home, so we've been blown away with all of the more modern approaches to selling a home. Whether it was the incredible staging, virtual walk-through, or video presentation with drone footage, we've been very impressed by Adam's work. Highly recommended!!!” – dan01428

“Adam helped my wife and I quickly find the perfect place to make our own. Throughout our search, Adam was so helpful and flexible, often meeting us on short notice and going the extra mile to make sure our house hunting experience was as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend anything more than working with Adam to find your next home!” – pauldriggsweeks
